Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, plus participation in the company-wide bonus scheme

The Role:
In this hybrid role, you'll be the knowledgeable first point of contact for potential customers. Whether you're replying to pre-sale enquiries, answering product questions via social media, or delivering a live video demo, your focus will be helping prospective customers understand how Moasure can solve real-world challenges — and guiding them toward a confident buying decision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to pre-sale enquiries via email and social media
* Follow up with prospects in a structured, thoughtful way
* Log and manage pre-sales activity using Zendesk
* Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to improve the buyer journey
* Occasionally assist existing customers with post-sale questions
* Take part in a rota to help provide coverage during US hours.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
* Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally involving sales or technical communication
* Ability to explain technical or complex topics in a simple, clear way
* Highly organised and proactive in managing follow-ups
* Confident using video as a communication tool
* Familiarity with Zendesk or similar platforms.
* Experience with eCommerce or technical products
* Multilingual skills (especially Spanish, French, or German)
* Experience in B2B or consultative sales
* Full driving licence.
