Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time CNC P rogrammer to join a busy and expanding company based in the Birmingham area. Responsibilities and duties include:. Operating, setting and programming HURCO CNC machines (e.g. milling, turning, or 5-axis machines) to produce high-precision components.. Load and unload materials, tools, and fixtures safely and efficiently.. Run production jobs according to job cards, route cards, and work instructions.. Monitor machining operations and make basic offset adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.. Inspect finished and in-process components using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM (where applicable).. Ensure components meet drawing tolerances, surface finish, and quality requirements.. Identify, record, and report non-conforming parts in line with company procedures.. Maintain accurate inspection and production records. Hours of Work Monday - Friday 07:30AM - 16:30PM Pay Rate £15 - £17ph dependant on experience.
