Our banking client is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to design and implement learning programs for a technical migration project
Remote Full-Time Contract
Must Haves
1. 5+ years designing learning programs with Instructional Design methodologies
2. Experience using digital learning platforms and authoring tools for content development
3. Hands-on expertise in learning metrics design and evaluation
4. Strong background in learning ecosystem architecture across multiple projects
5. Proficiency with visual design tools to enhance learning engagement
Nice to Have
6. Familiarity with organizational change enablement programs
7. Experience curating internal and external content libraries
8. Working knowledge of Ping or CIAM-related project environments
9. Understanding of enterprise capability development frameworks
10. Exposure to agile project delivery in instructional design
Responsibilities
11. Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and approaches
12. Design and implement end-to-end learning experiences across multiple initiatives
13. Curate and develop meaningful learning content from internal and external sources
14. Leverage visual design to optimize user engagement and comprehension
15. Develop and analyze learning metrics to evaluate program effectiveness
16. Coordinate implementation and adoption phases of learning delivery
17. Integrate learning programs within broader change enablement initiatives
