We're looking for a Temporary International Sales Coordinator to join a collaborative team supporting global partners across multiple markets. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, seamless order management, and top-tier service delivery for international clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing orders and back orders with accuracy and attention to detail
* Coordinating inventory availability across multiple locations
* Providing regular updates to international customers on order status
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time shipments
* Supporting new collection launches with key information
* Handling sample requests, returns, and customer account setup
* Preparing for seasonal shows, client meetings, and sales reviews
* Answering internal and external sales-related queries
* Maintaining customer records and supporting process improvements
