We’re looking for an experienced who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day activity – supporting the engineers, clients, and the wider team to ensure every detail is handled efficiently, professionally and with care.Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate scheduling, job tracking, and communication between field engineers and clients
2. Maintain company documentation, including health & safety records and project files
3. Support invoicing, expenses, and supplier relationships
4. Assist with onboarding new staff and managing training records
5. Reorganise, streamline, and maintain company databases
6. Develop and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency
7. Proactively look for areas to improve on business operations
8. Ensure the office environment is organised, compliant, and aligned with company goals
9. Lead and manage the effective day-to-day running of the office

20. Proven office management experience within the construction/property industry
