About this Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our website growth, optimization, and performance strategy. This role will focus on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), Shopify management, and continuous improvements to enhance user experience and maximize revenue.


You will work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, marketing teams, and external partners to ensure our websites run smoothly, convert effectively, and offer a seamless experience for customers worldwide.


This role is perfect for someone who loves data-driven decision-making, project management, and taking ownership of e-commerce growth.



Key Responsibilities:

CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) & Website Performance

* Own the CRO strategy and use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
* Manage CRO projects end-to-end, from hypothesis to implementation.
* Create detailed briefs for UI/UX designers and developers to enhance website layouts, checkout flows, and product pages.
* Set up and analyze A/B tests, heatmaps, and session recordings to validate and prioritize improvements.
* Monitor performance metrics to identify and execute high-impact optimizations.


Shopify & Store Management

* Oversee multiple regional Shopify stores, ensuring all content, products, and promotions are accurate and up to date.
* Research, test, and integrate new Shopify apps to improve site functionality and customer experience.
* Manage website translations and localization to optimize conversion in each market.
* Maintain seamless customer account experiences (returns, refunds, wish lists, order history, etc.).


Retention Marketing (Email, SMS, Loyalty & Referrals)

* Lead the development and optimization of automated email and SMS flows across the customer journey.
* Build and manage loyalty, referral, and post-purchase programs to increase repeat purchase rate and LTV.
* Work closely with the creative and paid media teams to align retention campaigns with key product launches and seasonal moments.
* Use segmentation and data insights to personalize communications and drive engagement.
* Analyze performance metrics (repeat rate, unsubscribe rate, flow revenue share) to improve retention outcomes.


Website Content & Product Updates

* Manage new product launches, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals.
* Oversee seasonal homepage and collection updates aligned with marketing campaigns.
* Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure website updates match promotional calendars and email campaigns.
* Ensure all web pages are optimized for SEO, performance, and mobile experience.


Data & Cross-Functional Performance Tracking

* Track and report on key e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, AOV, checkout abandonment, repeat rate, etc.).
* Ensure accurate tracking across Google Analytics, Shopify, and third-party tools.
* Partner with paid, email, and creative teams to evaluate campaign results and implement learnings.
* Present actionable insights to leadership to guide strategic decisions.



Desired Qualities:

* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, CRO, or Shopify store management.
* Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and customer behavior in online shopping.
* Experience managing A/B tests, heatmaps, and conversion tracking tools.
* Strong project management skills – ability to coordinate designers, developers, and external teams.
* Familiarity with Shopify apps, integrations, and third-party tools.
* Experience with SEO, site speed optimization, and international e-commerce operations.
* Analytical mindset – ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize based on performance metrics.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into action steps.
* Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
