Overview
We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager on a permanent contract (CDI full time) for our new store opening in London, Sloane Street, in January 2026.
Zimmermann is one of Australia\'s leading fashion designer brands. Our ready-to-wear and swim and resort collections are sold through Zimmermann boutiques and high-end retailers both in Australia and internationally. We maintain stand-alone retail stores in Australia, the EU, the UK, the USA and operate a successful online business. We also uphold a well-established wholesale business internationally with major stockists including Net-a-Porter and Saks Fifth Avenue.
The Assistant Store Manager helps the Store Manager with daily operational tasks, is responsible for achieving sales targets and exemplifies excellent customer service. The role also supports maintaining the store\'s visual merchandising (VM) standards and creating a memorable experience for customers to drive revenue.
Responsibilities
* Support sales and VM
* Team support and development (training, coaching, etc.)
* Back office tasks (reporting, planning, sales culture, stock management, inventory, loss prevention, etc.)

Qualifications
* Profound experience in a similar leadership role in London
* Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
* Passion for the brand and Fashion retail industry
* Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively with the team and clients in store
