Overview
We are recruiting a LEV Service Engineer to join our clients team on a pharmaceutical contract covering areas such as Bristol and Oxford. Due to current business requirements, they are now seeking the services of a smart, competent, and multi-skilled LEV Engineer based in and around the Swindon, Andover or Basingstoke area. The successful candidate will hold the P601 qualification and significant experience in carrying out local exhaust ventilation assessments.
Responsibilities
* Complete a weekly schedule of site visits around the Southern U.K. Our engineers will cover areas such as Bristol, Oxford and Suffolk etc. so minimal overnight stays. Schedules are available weeks in advance to give your home life flexibility.
* Start off projects in line with company procedures
* Keep the Site Supervisor fully informed of progress and adhere to all procedures
* LEV Test all systems as required by BOHS P601 standard (DSEAR,P602/P604/W201 training provided if required)
* Working to tight time scales to complete jobs on time
* High standard of workmanship and service is required
* Handover of reports to office via Zoom
Requisites / Qualifications
* The successful candidate will hold the P601 qualification
* Have hands on experience in carrying out L.E.V testing on a varied site base
* Come from a strong technical, consultancy, Health & Safety, water and chemical background
* Hold the general Health and Safety certificates (e.g. NEBOSH, IPAF or PASMA Certificate) would be advantageous
* Building and maintaining a good rapport with clients
* Have good client facing, IT and organisational skills
