Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Nursery Manager located in Penshurst, Tonbridge. The Deputy Nursery Manager will support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained. Responsibilities will include implementing safeguarding policies, overseeing staff, managing activities, maintaining nursery records, and fostering a safe and stimulating environment for children.
Qualifications
* Experience in Nursery Management and working within a Nursery setting
* Skills in Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children
* Ability to lead a team and manage staff effectively
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field
* First Aid certification is a plus
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Commitment to providing high-quality childcare
