Key Responsibilities
* Work with the Management team to define the go‑to‑market Emerging Tech consultancy service and help sell these services to our FS clients.
* Lead the implementation of Emerging Tech services for our clients by engaging with senior stakeholders and guiding safe adoption of Emerging Tech and AI technologies.
* Provide guidance and input into internal projects that build Emerging Tech assets, focusing on architecture, engineering best practices and demonstrating solutions through implementation.
Skills and Attributes
* Proficient technical leader, able to explain Emerging Tech to financial services clients and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Excellent collaboration with senior stakeholders to find solutions to complex technical situations.
* Experience identifying opportunities for new business, including leading proposals and bid teams.
* Capability to direct a delivery team, engaging with client stakeholders to oversee implementation progress.
What You Need to Qualify
* Extensive experience in software engineering and/or technology consulting.
* Previous experience working within financial services.
* Referenceable experience in leading large‑scale transformation programs, achieving cost‑take‑out targets and process improvement using Data and AI‑powered automation.
* Experience engaging with CIO, CSO and CDO to unlock organisational bottlenecks.
* Experience leading sales cycle for target clients and acting as the key senior resource for day‑to‑day client management.
* Client delivery experience in the automation space (RPA, Auto‑ML, NLP, document digitisation, process mining, workflow solutions, cloud and on‑prem mix).
* Knowledgeable about component‑based and event‑based architecture using messaging technologies such as Kafka.
* Demonstrated expertise in data security, information security and design patterns for failure recovery.
* Ability to architect, QA solutions and manage team delivery in a fast‑paced client environment.
* Experience in both back‑office and front‑office/contact‑centre client environments.
* Experience owning business cases in partnership with client stakeholders from ideation to delivery and value realization.
* Proven people‑management skills and experience leading teams.
