Your Role as Facilities Administrator You will be at the heart of our client’s facilities operations, managing their cutting-edge CAFM system (ServiceNow) to enhance the delivery of workplace services. Key Responsibilities: ● Oversee and administer the CAFM system, ensuring it is consistently updated, accurate, and aligned with organisational needs. ● Manage and maintain the integrity of facilities data, including the asset database. ● Produce insightful reports and dashboards to track key metrics such as space utilisation, maintenance activities, and costs. ● Serve as the main point of contact for the Workplace Services team, co-ordinating system updates and changes. ● Support and lead facilities-related projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. ● Analyse complex data sets to provide recommendations that improve efficiency and inform strategic planning. Qualifications and Skills: ● Proven experience as a Facilities Administrator or in a similar position. ● Proficiency with a CAFM system is essential (e.g., ServiceNow, Concept FSI, Maximo). ● Strong analytical abilities, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. ● Experience creating reports and using analytics tools (ServiceNow, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous). ● Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (including formulae, pivot tables, and data management). ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ● A positive, professional and technology-literate approach, with a willingness to learn new systems.
