Overview
Kolt Recruitment are looking for a talented Multi-Skilled Technician to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop professional who can carry out a wide range of repair work to a high standard. The successful candidate will be confident in a variety of disciplines, including panel, paint, and MET (mechanical, electrical & trim), with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
* Undertake high-quality vehicle repairs across multiple areas (panel, paint, and MET).
* Strip, repair, and refit vehicles following manufacturer and insurance standards.
* Carry out repairs efficiently to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
* Use modern repair equipment and techniques to achieve the best results.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Experience / Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician in an accident repair/bodyshop environment.
* ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification in vehicle repair (desirable but not essential).
* Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering excellent repair standards.
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to work across multiple skill areas.
* Full UK driving licence.
