Main Duties and Responsibilities: Engaging with new prospects Provide technical support and advice to Prospects Closing new business sales pipeline Achieve monthly sales target based on license value and company size Maintaining our quality brand Maintain and Update database of current and potential customers Adhering to our business vision and Values Key Responsibilities/Knowledge/Skills and Attributes Required: 100% new business role Follow up marketing campaign leads and booking demo’s Manage leads and keep pipeline serviced Exceeding monthly targets Attending exhibitions and events throughout the year, as and when required - complete all relevant documentation as per the attend exhibition document. Travel to clients- as required Networking with contacts - as and when required Cold Calling - potential prospects CRM Database maintenance Provide both onsite and online demonstrations to potential prospects Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly KPIs Advising customers on the best options for their needs Generate relevant documents electronically/manually as required Complete all relevant documentation completely and correctly Maintain an updated knowledge of changes in relevant legislation regarding services our solution provides Be available for Staff Training and Meetings.
