Are you passionate about making a real difference in children's lives? We're seeking two inspiring and innovative leaders to join our Children's Services as Head of Children's Quality Assurance and Performance. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and developing outstanding services for children and families across our city.

The successful candidate will:
* Strategic lead for Children Looked After and Corporate Parenting
* Management of four social work teams for children looked after, driving permanence plans and multi-agency support.
* Strategic lead for Hull's care leavers and the management of our leaving care service and local offer, including our Room 42 offer for young people.
* Lead on the development of Hull's specialist Refugee Asylum Seeking Team (RAST), providing consistency of worker and support services for UASC and care leavers.
* Leads on partnership support and Corporate Parenting responsibilities, ensuring that the service continues to be ambitious for all our children looked after and care leavers.
About You
* Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Significant experience in safeguarding and children's social care, with a strong track record of leading teams and managing complex services.
* Deep understanding of legislation, statutory responsibilities, and best practice in children's social work.
* Skilled in data analysis, performance management, and strategic planning.
* Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships – a team player.
* Committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering excellent value for money.
