We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intercom, Access Control, CCTV and Auto Door Engineer to join our teams covering the Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds, Stoke & Newcastle area.
Lloyd Worrall has been supplying the building industry with its architectural hardware requirements since 1946. We rely on our Engineers to provide a professional service, delivering schedules on time and handling technical queries raised by clients. Covering three of our depots you’ll be part of a team where everyone puts in the effort to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
Responsibilities
* Install and configure intercom systems, access control systems, CCTV and automated doors in residential and commercial properties
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on intercom systems, access control systems, CCTV and automated doors
* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with intercom systems, access control systems, CCTV and automated doors
* Work with project managers and clients to develop customised solutions that meet their specific needs
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
* Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members as needed
* Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
* Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of intercom systems, access control systems and automated doors
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant tools and equipment
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients, project managers and other team members
* Attention to detail and ability to deliver high‑quality work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and guidelines
* Valid UK driver’s licence and reliable transportation
* Pass a DBS and security checks
