An instantly recognisable, global brand has an exciting opportunity for an Indirect Tax Manager to join their compliance team. This is a n exciting time to join as the business is going through a large scale software transformation. This role will be key in ensuring this transition is smooth and embedding tax processes into new systems.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop scalable, automated compliance processes for VAT, GST, WHT, and other taxes.
* Ensure timely and accurate preparation of VAT returns, delegating tasks as appropriate and supporting the development of Tax Analysts
* Maintain strong internal controls and documentation standards
* Develop tax reports that provide clear insights, identify risks, and support strategic decisions
* Partner with finance teams to integrate and optimise tax processes.
The purpose of this role is to transition the indirect tax compliance function into a 'best in class' with efficient tax processes using automation.
