Job Description JOB – Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer LOCATION – Ipswich TERM- Permanent SHIFT PATTERN – Rotating on a Panama shift pattern 2 / 2 / 3 SALARY - £40,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience My client is a manufacturer in the Food & Drink industry. They are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Ipswich on a permanent basis. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: Time Served Apprenticeship / NVQ / HNC / HND / BTEC / Degree qualified or similar in an Engineering discipline Come from a Mechanical or Electrical background Ideally be experienced working on Plant equipment and Machinery Able to work safely and methodically Excellent organisational and communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team A flexible and proactive attitude towards work The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer role will involve: Working in a team to improve and maintain manufacturing machinery & Plant equipment Being proactive in ensuring the smooth running of all equipment and building maintenance PPM and breakdown avoidance Ensuring documentation is maintained and Health & Safety standards are met Ensuring efficiency and a high standard of work is met throughout the site Working with others and being an excellent team player If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation.
