We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join a warm and welcoming early years setting.
Located in a charming and convenient area, this nursery provides a nurturing, home-from-home environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired every day. Bright, engaging rooms and inviting outdoor spaces encourage curiosity, confidence, and meaningful learning experiences. The team is supportive, collaborative, and dedicated to helping both children and staff thrive.
This is a full-time, year-round position, working 40 hours per week across shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm.

Requirements
* Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification
* Minimum 1 year experience working in Early Years
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Experience working in a senior role
* Knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating
