About The Role…
As the new
Womenswear Client Advisor
, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
* Guide clients through our curated collections and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of Womenswear fashion
* Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints
* Stay ahead of trends in Womenswear, tailoring, and emerging designers
* Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium garments and accessories
* Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends
