Graphic Designer - Senior / Lead

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to take a leading role in shaping creative output across a diverse range of projects.
This position combines hands‑on design with creative oversight. You'll be responsible for setting direction, maintaining high standards, and ensuring work is both visually compelling and strategically aligned.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the development of design concepts across digital, print, motion, and UX
* Overseeing projects from initial idea through to final delivery
* Ensuring consistency and quality across all visual outputs
* Working closely with stakeholders to translate briefs into strong creative solutions
* Guiding and mentoring designers, offering feedback and direction
* Managing print production and large-scale outputs, liaising with external suppliers
What We're Looking For
* 6+ years' experience in graphic design, with a track record of leading projects
* A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and execution across multiple formats
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, motion tools, and UX/UI platforms
* Confidence in presenting ideas and communicating with both creative and non‑creative teams
* Experience supporting or mentoring other designers
Bonus: Background in environmental or build-related graphics
