Your new role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take a leading role in managing the commercial function across a diverse portfolio of projects. Working with autonomy and authority, you’ll be responsible for overseeing cost management, contractual obligations, and commercial strategy across developments including: Apartment schemes Education developments New-build industrial units New-build office blocks Library refurbishments You’ll operate within a flexible working model, splitting your time between the office and sites as required. You will be trusted to make senior commercial decisions, manage key stakeholders, and ensure successful financial delivery across your projects.
