We are looking for a motivated and resilient Service Salesperson to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. This requires a proactive individual who enjoys prospecting new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. An interest in manufacturing or engineering would be beneficial.
Duties and responsibilities
* Cold calling and booking appointments with potential customers.
* Accurately feeding service requests into the office, ensuring all serial numbers and information gathered are correct.
* Identifying customer service needs through research and direct engagement.
* Establishing new service accounts by identifying and approaching potential clients.
* Presenting service quotations to potential new customers and following up on proposals.
* Analysing cost-benefit ratios of service applications and proposing improvements.
* Gaining customer acceptance by demonstrating operational and cost-saving benefits.
* Developing relationships with customer staff by providing relevant technical information.
* Staying updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
* Preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records.
* Contributing to team efforts and company growth.
