This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement - Handling approximately 40 inbound calls per day, building rapport and understanding specific client requirements.Problem Solving - Crafting tailor-made solutions for clients rather than using a "one size fits all" approach.Policy Management - Making adjustments to policies, updating records, and issuing essential insurance documents.Financial Support - Taking payments, assisting with claims queries, and contacting customers regarding payment defaults.Team Collaboration - Supporting the wider taxi team with essential administration and high-level customer service.About YouYou don't need a background in insurance to be successful here.
