Contracts Manager Passive Fire Protection Manchester £55,000 - £65,000 About the Role: Construo Recruitment are seeking an experienced Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver a range of fire protection projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor, where you’ll play a key role in managing contracts from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Managing multiple passive fire protection projects simultaneously. Ensuring all works are delivered in line with compliance, quality, and health & safety standards. Leading project planning, programming, and financial control. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners to ensure smooth delivery. Overseeing site teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the passive fire protection sector. Strong technical knowledge of fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and client relationships effectively. Relevant qualifications in fire protection (desirable but not essential).
