LOCATION: This is an office based role, based in Irthlingborough.

JOB DESCRIPTION: As our Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of contracted customers, ensuring a high level of service delivery and maintaining strong, long:term relationships. Youll work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to support customer requirements, meet agreed SLAs and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. This is a fast:paced, customer:focused role where organisation, communication and relationship management are critical. Youll act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects, documentation and customer communications are delivered accurately and on time.
Day to day you will:
A Manage and support contracted customer accounts, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs
A Conduct regular customer reviews and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
A Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross:selling services
A Coordinate customer requirements internally with sales, scheduling and operational teams
A Manage customer documentation, certification and training records accurately and efficiently
A Support contract renewals, pricing discussions and ongoing account development
A Resolve customer queries, complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently
A Maintain accurate CRM records and support wider customer engagement initiatives
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Youll be a customer:focused individual who enjoys building relationships and delivering a high level of service. Youll be confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities within a busy environment. Most importantly, youll be proactive, approachable and willing to get stuck in as part of a collaborative team. You will:
A Have experience within a busy B2B sales, account management or customer engagement environment
A Possess excellent customer service and relationship:building skills
A Be highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail
A Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A Be confident managing customer queries, escalations and ongoing account activity
A Ideally have experience within construction, training, education or related sectors, although this is not essential
