Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: Strong SQL skills Experience supporting ERP or MRP systems Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports Understanding of operational business processes Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users Epicor BisTrack experience is preferred Experience in manufacturing, distribution, merchanting, or commercial sectors is desirable Experience with ERP integrations and data management is desirable Responsibilities: Support and maintain our ERP, reporting, and operational systems Write and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures Support Crystal Reports and data reporting requirements Administer our ERP systems, including users, permissions, and configuration Investigate and resolve system, reporting, and data issues Provide day-to-day support to our business users Assist with upgrades, integrations, and system improvements Maintain system documentation and identify opportunities for improvement Technologies: ERP Support SQL More: We are a well-established UK business offering a varied, hands-on ERP Support & Reporting Analyst role with ownership of key business systems and the opportunity to support and improve critical ERP and reporting functions.
