Impact Recruitment are working on behalf of a reputable precision engineering manufacturer who are looking to recruit a skilled CNC Miller on a permanent basis. This role offers variety, technical challenge, and long-term stability within a supportive working environment.

Pay: £18.00 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week (Flexible working hours between 06:00 - 16:30)
Contract: Permanent
The Role:
As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines, working across a range of complex and high-precision components.
Key responsibilities include:
* Programming, setting, and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines
* Working predominantly with HAAS controls
* Producing high-quality, precision components to tight tolerances
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Carrying out tool changes, offsets, and first-off inspections
* Ensuring consistent quality and adherence to production standards
* Contributing to continuous improvement within the machining process
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller (Programmer / Setter / Operator)
* Strong online programming experience (offline training can be provided)
* Experience working xsngvjr with complex, high-precision components
* Background in motorsport, aerospace, or Formula 1-type components would be advantageous
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of parts from start to finish
* Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
