Role Overview
As the Head of Delivery for Theodo UK, you will lead a team of Delivery Managers and Product Managers, managing enterprise clients and ensuring the success of projects led by your team.
Your Responsibilities
* Be directly responsible for enterprise clients.
* Ensure the success of projects led by your team.
* Train team members in core delivery and product management skills.
* Lead career development for team members.
* Plan and organise meetings, workshops, and prepare decks for key stakeholder sessions.
* Govern complex, enterprise projects: negotiate scope, plan resources and budgets, and enhance governance frameworks.
* Create visual tools to guide team priorities and drive discussions.
* Collect and respond to feedback from product owners and client teams.
* Foster a strong, positive team dynamic and build relationships with client stakeholders.
* Deep‑dive into sectors, research product‑market fit, and identify key differentiators.
* Identify blockers, support complex decision‑making, and use Lean to maximise productivity.
* Track delivery indicators, manage dependencies and milestones, and ensure delivery de‑risking.
* Lead the analysis of insights shared during UK Weekly Business Reviews.
* Coach and challenge the team to apply methodology daily.
* Train and grow Product Managers and lead knowledge sharing through weekly dojos.
* Respond to team questions and support Delivery Managers during key moments.
* Conduct people reviews and coach managers’ career paths.
* Contribute to the PM collective and share insights across Theodo UK and the group.
* Engage in regular meetings and knowledge‑sharing rituals with other Group Delivery Managers (travel to the Paris office is required).
* Contribute to ongoing training and development within the UK and at group level.
* Promote Theodo UK’s delivery and product culture.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager on complex technical projects, ideally including cloud migration.
* Experience across agile time‑and‑materials projects as well as fixed‑cost projects.
* Strong interest in management, training, and coaching; prior experience managing a team of product managers is a plus.
* Natural leadership with the ability to set a clear, ambitious framework.
* Ability to thrive in a complex tech environment.
