We are actively seeking a Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of three years’ PQE to join a highly respected and collaborative legal team. You’ll be part of a firm that values professional growth, autonomy, and client-first service.
As a Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a broad and stimulating caseload that includes civil disputes, contractual conflicts, and property litigation. From early case assessment to pre-trial strategy and courtroom advocacy, you will play a key role in shaping outcomes for a diverse client base.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Taking ownership of a varied litigation caseload, including civil, commercial, and property disputes
* Managing all stages of the litigation process from instruction to resolution
* Drafting high-quality legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
* Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
* Engaging in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) where appropriate
* Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering tailored legal advice
* Collaborating with colleagues on complex disputes and contributing to team success
* Keeping up to date with developments in litigation law and procedure
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE
* Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in civil and commercial litigation
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
* A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A genuine passion for dispute resolution and delivering results for clients
