The ideal Maintenance Manager will have:
- Extensive maintenance knowledge- advantageous for Part P or other trade qualifications
- Great communication and organisation skills- to prioritise workloads and work with colleagues
- An understanding of Health and Safety requirements and processes
- A strong understanding of hotel operations would be advantageous
