Shop Manager – Oxfam GB

As a shop manager, you will be the only paid member of staff in a volunteer‑operated shop. You will motivate your team, create a safe and energised work environment, maintain high standards, drive business results and be accountable for the shop’s performance.
Commercially aware, you will constantly look for new business opportunities, delegate tasks to volunteers, motivate yourself and others, and manage time under conflicting priorities. You enjoy working with people, are an excellent communicator, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
