Job Description
We’re looking for a Release Manager to take ownership of planning, coordinating, and overseeing all release activities—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across our global programs.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll combine technical expertise with exceptional communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration across diverse, cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
* Lead Release Coordination:
o Plan and manage release activities for software updates, patches, and enhancements, with a key focus on our D365 global rollout.
o Develop and maintain release schedules and timelines in partnership with project managers and stakeholders.
o Ensure releases meet quality standards and are delivered on time—no defects deployed.
* Drive Change Management:
o Coordinate change requests from program, business, and IT teams, maintaining a prioritized backlog.
o Assess the impact of defects and releases on existing processes and systems.
o Communicate release plans, schedules, and impacts clearly to all stakeholders.
* Own Documentation & Reporting:
o Maintain accurate release documentation and generate insightful reports to track performance and program health.
o Provide strategic recommendations to management and continuously improve release processes for efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience in industry
* Proven track record in release coordination within an Agile environment.
* Deep understanding of software development methodologies and release processes.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management and solution delivery.
* Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
