What's involved with this role: Job Title: Notice Processing Officer Ref: Brent 5269609 Pay rate: £17.40 per hour PAYE TBC Role length: Anticipated 3 months The role: You will assist the Notice Processing Manager in ensuring parking administration is carried out efficiently and effectively with a focus on assisting with the reduction of challenges. You must have knowledge and experience of processing challenges and working within a parking department. Key responsibilities: Provide advice and information on parking legislation, policies, and related regulations to customers via phone and correspondence Maintain records and filing systems, compile statistical data, and manage computer input and updates for parking services Assess applications for parking permits, dispensations, and vouchers, ensuring eligibility and applying anti-fraud measures Process payments, receipts, daily reconciliations, and manage incoming post and phone enquiries efficiently Collaborate with internal teams and external bodies, assist with special projects, and work flexible hours to support service delivery What the client is looking for: Qualification in Parking Notice Processing Proficient in using internal systems (e.g. Taranto) Knowledge of Parking Legislation (TMA, RTRA) Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience in a customer-facing role Excellent telephone manner Skilled in reading, interpreting and responding to written correspondence How to Apply: Quote the Job Title and Reference Number in your application.
