We are seeking an inspiring Deputy Head Teacher to champion excellence in Teaching & Learning, Curriculum, and English, starting September 2025. This exciting role includes a morning teaching commitment in Year 6, blending leadership and classroom practice to shape a vibrant learning culture.

What You’ll Do
* Lead the strategic development of Teaching & Learning and the English curriculum
* Model outstanding classroom practice with a teaching commitment in Year 6 mornings
* Promote high expectations for pupil achievement and staff development
* Coach and mentor teachers to embed best practices and raise standards
* Contribute to whole-school improvement planning as a core member of the Senior Leadership Team
* Foster a school culture that is aspirational, supportive, and joyful

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
