Position: Land-Based Engineering Lecturer
Location: Hull
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum
Basis: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Agricultural Engineer or Plant Technician looking to pass your expertise on to the next generation? Responsibilities
* You will guide Level 1 to Level 3 students and apprentices through their journey into land-based engineering.
* The role combines practical hands-on demonstrations in the workshop with teaching the theory in the classroom.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Industry Experience: A strong background as a Land-Based Engineer, Technician, or Agricultural/Plant Machinery specialist.
* Qualifications: A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Land-Based Engineering or a closely related field.
* Communication: Ability to explain complex mechanical concepts to young learners and apprentices.
No Teaching Experience? No Problem. We will fully fund your teaching qualification and provide support to transition from the workshop to the classroom.
