Senior Associate – Employment - Belfast - Global Law Firm - Hybrid Working
Conekt Legal is currently partnering with this leading global law firm to recruit a senior associate into their employment practice and to be based in their Belfast office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded and expanding employment practice advising a broad portfolio of national and international household name clients.
This role offers exposure to complex and commercially significant employment matters across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, working closely with major businesses, HR leaders and in-house legal teams across a range of sectors.

The Role
The successful candidate will handle a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including:
• Employment tribunal and WRC litigation
• TUPE and business reorganisation projects
• Senior executive exits and workplace investigations
• Employment support on corporate transactions and restructures
• Drafting contracts, policies and strategic advisory work
You will join a collaborative and well-established team known for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice and building long-term client relationships. There is genuine scope to take ownership of client matters, contribute to business development initiatives and play an active role in mentoring junior lawyers.

This opportunity would suit a solicitor with approximately 5+ years’ PQE who enjoys client-facing work, values high-quality advisory matters and is looking for a strong platform for long-term progression.
Candidates should have strong experience advising employer clients and confidence managing matters independently from instruction through to resolution.
