Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am 5:00pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:30am 4:00pm, Day off in the week when working Saturdays

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Centre Manager to join a well-established automotive fast-fit business in theMidsomer Nortonarea.

The Role:
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the site, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong financial results, and smooth day-to-day operations. Youll lead a team of 12 staff (10 productive), driving both performance and engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the daily operations of the centre to achieve business targets
Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards
Leading, motivating, and developing a team of technicians and front-of-house staff
Driving sales performance and maximising revenue opportunities
Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Managing stock control, costs, and overall centre profitability
Monitoring performance and implementing improvements where needed

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Centre Manager / Assistant Manager within a fast-fit or automotive environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven track xxuwjjq record in a sales-driven environment
Good technical/mechanical understanding
Commercial awareness with the ability to drive performance
Excellent customer service and communication skills
