We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and office operations for a boutique energy firm in the heart of the West End. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to be the lynch pin of the office. This is a new role and as such is an ongoing temporary role with every possibility to grow the role responsibilities and transition to permanent. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls Provide administrative support to include diary management to the team of 5 Maintain an organised and well stocked office Liaise with service providers and manage office-related requirements Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as required Skills and Experience Excellent organisational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and effective manner Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a team Experience using Microsoft Office applications Role Details Working hours: 08:30 – 16:30, Monday to Thursday (office-based) This role would suit a reliable and well-organised individual with a positive attitude and wanting to support a busy office environment.
