TXM Recruit is working with one of the top names in the bus manufacturing industry, and they’re growing their team to support bids across both the UK and international markets. This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday), and you’ll be working closely with various departments—including sales, commercial, and quality—to drive high-quality, successful bids. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of experience in bid writing or managing tender processes and be confident working both independently and as part of a team. What you’ll be doing: Managing end-to-end bid and proposal processes, creating accurate, well-structured tender packs, quotation letters, and supporting documents. Liaising with customers and suppliers to clarify requirements, gather information, and estimate costs. Interpreting contracts, drafting commercial deal sheets, and ensuring pricing accuracy using historical data. Working cross-functionally to ensure all inputs are captured and bids are submitted on time. Keeping all tender files, bid portals, and internal records fully up to date and accurate.What’s great about this opportunity?
