An hourly rate of£13- £28extensive benefits such as paid weekends, Bank Holidays and mileage allowance at0.35p-0.45pper mile you can combine your passion for social work with the security of regular work.

Qualifications
Even if you’ve never thought about working in care, you probably have the life experience and skills we’re looking for: kindness, empathy and patience.
If you have a knack for making people smile, then you already have the skills to be a great Care Professional, so no prior experience of care is required. All your paid training will take placeat our office in Southampton with our award-winning training team.
