Job Description
We are looking for candidates with phone-based customer service experience to join our client based in Uxbridge. If you have experience liaising with customers, clients, or suppliers via phone and providing first-class customer service, this is a great opportunity for you. We seek reliable and professional candidates to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Salary: £25-28k (DOE)

Customer Service Advisor - The Role
* Resolve customer issues using ticketing system
* Answer customer calls
* Diary management - coordinate with engineers to book site jobs and update systems
* Be the first point of contact for all inquiries via telephone and email
* Process customer orders
* Arrange shipments and liaise with couriers
* Resolve customer issues from start to finish
Customer Service Advisor - The Candidate
* 3+ years experience in an office environment
* Good communication skills and confident telephone manner
* Phone-based customer service experience required
* Ability to learn and understand technical jargon
* Competent administrator with excellent customer service skills
* Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines
Note: Candidates from retail or hospitality are only considered if they have office-based customer service experience as well.
