Salary: 23 p/h with OTE 53,820 and 58,604 with alternate Saturdays
Opportunity for the HGV Shift Supervisor
We are currently recruiting for experienced PSV Shift Supervisors to join a well‑established and growing bus operator across depots in Worcestershire.
These are excellent opportunities for skilled PSV professionals looking to step into or continue within a supervisory role in a structured, safety‑critical environment.
What you will do as HGV Shift Supervisor:
* Lead and supervise workshop engineers and technicians
* Ensure all vehicles are maintained to DVSA and company standards
* Allocate work and manage shift productivity
* Support compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
* Assist with inspections, servicing schedules and defect management
* Provide technical support and mentoring to the team
* Maintain accurate workshop documentation and records
What you will need as HGV Shift Supervisor:
* Fully qualified to level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds in HGV maintenance
* Previous experience in a PSV workshop environment
* Supervisory or senior technician experience
* Strong knowledge of DVSA standards and compliance
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage productivity and maintain high safety standards
