What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Generating new business leads and listing rental properties Liaising with landlords to win instructions and build long-term relationships Booking and conducting property viewings Managing applications, offers, and tenant move-ins Delivering excellent client care to both landlords and tenants Handling canvassing campaigns and business development initiatives Creating opportunities for referrals and cross-selling services Meeting and exceeding performance targets Adapting to varied tasks across all aspects of the lettings process What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Strong IT skills and ability to use bespoke systems Confident, persuasive, and driven to achieve results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Natural problem-solver with attention to detail and organisational ability Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in sales, lettings, or customer service is beneficial but not essential Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and take ownership of responsibilities What's In It For You?
