As a Therapy Assistant, you will:
Participate in implementing individual treatment plans with the therapy team
Prepare residents for therapy, maintaining their privacy and dignity
Organise engaging and appropriate activity programmes
Support and assess residents' physical and mental health under supervision
Prepare and clean therapy equipment, ensuring tidy workspaces
Monitor residents' progress and report to the therapy team
Maintain accurate therapy records and update databases as needed
Collaborate with Activities Champions and the Activities Engagement Co-Ordinator
Support Occupational Therapy kitchen sessions as directed
