As the ERP Systems Specialist at Acro Aircraft Seating, you will play a crucial role in optimising performance and supporting across the business with al system needs as the go to expert in Epicor for the business.
Responsibilities
* To provide Epicor subject matter expertise - Understand how Epicor is used in our business and identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements. Working with senior management to refine existing processes and develop new ones.
* Day-to-day and on-going management of Epicor ERP for optimum performance assisting users with application specific support calls.
* Identify and resolve issues, facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as functional expert for Epicor to resolve issues that are raised.
* Direct and manage multiple ERP / Epicor projects of varying complexities from business case to full deployment of new or upgraded versions of Epicor while identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project.
* Works with Epicor third parties like consultants and Epicor support to ensure full utilisation of the software, and resolution of user and implementation issues
* Planning/managing future improvements/customisations
* Develop Epicor training for employees
* ERP system administration and system management (in conjunction with IT department)
Requirements
* University degree or equivalent in the field of computer science with around 4 years relevant experience, ideally gained in a logistics, finance or distribution background.
* Strong understanding of Epicor ERP, ideally with past experience as a Developer or Systems Analyst with strong SQL skills.
* Proficiency in SSRS, REST API, KPIs, development, integration, customisation, dashboards, reports, ERP upgrades and BPM/BAQ
* Solid understanding of developing and implementing solutions for ERP business processes, including MRP, BoM, MoM, production, finance, warehousing, logistics, and procurement
* ERP maintenance, support & training
* Collaboration with external ERP consultants and Epicor Customer Support
* Experience with website integrations, CRM, SharePoint and Power BI
* Primary IT system skills will be appreciated
* High competence in project and stakeholder management
* Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
* A hands on and practical approach, acts strategically whilst leading and directing on execution and implementation
