The Role Youll work closely with clients who have requested Will-writing services, providing guidance and support across:
* Wills (drafting, updates, estate planning)
* Trusts and inheritance planning
* Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Probate and wider private client matters
Youll build strong client relationships, explain legal concepts in a clear and approachable way, and help individuals make informed decisions about their future.
