The team is 42 lawyers strong across multiple offices and continues to grow year on year. Due to an increase in complex instructions and continued expansion, the Leeds office is looking to appoint a Senior Associate or Managing Associate with 6 years’ PQE. This is a particularly strong opportunity for a planning lawyer who enjoys contentious work and wants exposure to high-quality, nationally significant matters. The Role Handling complex planning matters with approximately 70% of the caseload being contentious Significant involvement in planning inquiries Attending hearings, Courts and Local Authorities nationwide Working closely with senior team members on high-value matters Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers as part of a supportive team structure The role will involve regular national travel given the nature of the work.
