Acting as the link between the HR Manager and site leadership teams, the HR Business Partner will ensure consistent HR practices while supporting wider business initiatives. You will handle a diverse range of HR activities — from employee relations to workforce planning — providing practical support and coaching to managers. The HR Business Partner will also take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination, ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
