Office & Operations Manager
We are looking for someone to join our small team in Aberfeldy to look after the day-to-day tasks in our office alongside an overview of The Workshop and how we are delivering against our sales and social impact strategies. You will be working closely with our Instructors, Senior Funding & Partnerships Manager, and Board of Trustees.
Office management includes handling all business enquiries via phone, e-mail and in person, communicating with sales customers based in numerous locations. Financial management is conducted via QuickBooks; invoicing, staff payroll, bank management and VAT returns. Oversight of operational procedures and social impact will be carried out alongside the Senior Partnerships Manager and the Board of Trustees.
This is a multi-tasked, multi-skilled role and will suit someone who has the ability to juggle tasks, retain a strong attention to detail, and communicate effectively with all parties. Whilst training will be given, we really need someone who is computer literate, ideally with office finance experience and a strong interest in working with a charitable organisation who serves their local community alongside

This is a Monday to Friday role, based in our workshop, c35 hours a week, and, depending on experience, up to £18.00 per hour.
