Role: HR Assistant - Permanent - Belfast

The role will focus on providing comprehensive HR support across the business, including administration, employee queries, reporting, and project assistance, ensuring efficient HR processes and accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to employees on HR-related questions and processes.
* Prepare and maintain HR documentation, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
* Oversee staff leave and absences, maintaining accurate records and system information.
* Generate reports and statistics to help management monitor HR performance.
* Keep employee information accurate within HR systems.
* Support additional HR tasks and projects as required.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a HR support role essential
* Strong IT proficiency, including HR systems and Microsoft Office.
* Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and basic employment law.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate employee records.
* Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
